Improv Everywhere latest stunt began when more than 4000 participants decended onto Governer's Island with an MP3 player in hand. The participants were then instructed thru recording to perform a series of actions that included falling up, standing down, running around with a white blanket on their head, using the blanket as a cape and finally, at the end, battling each other in a massive water gun war.
