Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Reach Divorce Settlement


Wow... according to TMZ and People, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have already agreed to all the details in their divorce settlement after only a few days of negotiations. Amazing. I would have bet a dollar that this is going to be a long and protracted divorce. You know with Tom's history and all. Oh well.....

Anyway Katie's lawyer says that the agreement has already been signed by both sides and she can't wait "to start the new phase of her life". Tom and Katie, jointly release this statement.
