Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his boyfriend Justin Mikita, are engaged. Jesse announced his engagement, with a beaming Justin beside him, in a video on a website for the recently formed foundation, Tie the Knot, which promotes marriage rights equality and bow ties.
