Justin Bieber was spotted arriving back at his London hotel shirtless after performing a concert in Birmingham. No one knows why the soon-to-be 19-year-old singer had his shirt off and trousers down in the freezing winter weather currently gripping London.
Maybe he is trying to show off his 'bulkier' upper body or something....
